Termination by Customer

Any partial or complete refunds and/or account credits will be made at the sole discretion of GrimHost. Should a refund be approved for a domain name purchased via GrimHost, we retain exclusive ownership rights to the purchased domain.
Termination by GrimHost
We may terminate your account if you violate these TOS or engage in any activity that adversely affects our services or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these TOS shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Wyoming.
Modifications to the Terms
